Instant Poison IX Main-Offhand
Deadly Poison IX Off-Hand

First
2X Mutilate = 5 Combo Point
Rupture ability
Hunger For Blood
Slice and Dice (if you are lucky, you have gained a combo point after using Rupture)
Envenom
2X Mutilate = 4 combo point "because 4 is a good number and its fast to get 4 combo point"
